What kind of sessions does Elizabeth provide?

Sessions are based on unraveling the mind and body from desk-bound work. Elizabeth provides the following and can tailor a session to your needs. Get in touch to book

Well-being Break

Short simple sessions to give you a break from your day, meetings or conferences. Includes standing movements and seated on a chair movements. Available in 15, 20 and 30 minute slots.

Maximum Chill

Elizabeth will guide you through a detailed relaxation and meditation based on the practise of yoga nidra (meaning yogic sleep). All you have to do is lay back, relax and listen. A great way to recharge if your company has had a long week! Available in 30 and 45 minute sessions.

Chair Yoga

Stretches and breathing at your desk designed to counteract desk-bound work. No equipment needed. Available in 15, 20, 30 and 45 minute sessions.

Restorative Yoga

This form of yoga is a gentle, and slow mat/ floor based session. The class includes gentle movements, held poses (staying in certain postures for a few minutes at a time) and relaxation. Props are used to support the body for comfort and to help tight muscles release. Available in 60 and 75 minute sessions for small to medium size groups.
