Q: What should I wear?
A: Wear comfortable loose clothing
Q: Can I eat before yoga?
A: Try to eat any meals or big snacks at least 2 hours before the class. Yoga is best practised on an empty stomach, but please eat if you need to!
Q: Do I wear shoes?
A: Yoga is practised bare foot, however you can wear grip socks if you have them.
Q: I don’t have a yoga mat, can I borrow one?
A: All mats and equipment and provided at no extra cost. Some students prefer to bring their own and this is fine. (mat and blanket)
Q: I have a recent or old injury I am worried about
A: If you have any health concerns or injuries please do let me know before the class- yoga can be modified.
Q: How do I get into the studio
A: We have a buzzer system at the studio, please press the studio button and someone will let you in. The studio is up one flight of stairs.
Q: Where can I park?
A: Parking and transport- there are local car parks and on road parking nearby. Warwick train station is close by with a short walk into town.
Q: How much do classes cost?
A: Drop in classes are £10, a 5 class block is £45 and a 10 class block is £85. There is also the option of paying for each half term. Other payment options by prior arrangement only. 1-1 sessions are £40 per hour. Private groups and corporate classes can be arranged at an agreed price. Please get in touch for further details.
