Q: What should I wear?
A: Wear comfortable loose clothing
Q: Can I eat before yoga?
A: Try to eat any meals or big snacks at least 2 hours before the class. Yoga is best practised on an empty stomach, but please eat if you need to!
Q: Do I wear shoes?
A: Yoga is practised bare foot, however you can wear grip socks if you have them.
Q: I don’t have a yoga mat, can I borrow one?
A: All mats and equipment are provided at no extra cost. Some students prefer to bring their own and this is fine. (mat and blanket)
Q: I have a recent or old injury I am worried about
A: If you have any health concerns or injuries please do let me know before the class- yoga can be modified.
Q: How much do classes cost?
A: 1-1’s start at £45 per hour depending on location and length of sessions. Private groups and corporate classes can be arranged at an agreed price. Please get in touch for further details.
